I usually browse (lurk) here and at iPhoneDev websites. I just tried to go there tonight and got notice from Safari saying they found malware on that site.

I've never seen this message before and was on there yesterday under the Win7 boot.

Just wondering if anyone else had this happen, I didn't go there because I don't have any virus/malware software installed and don't want to do a complete re-install.

The site is like this one, but more towards app dev and less about Apple/Mac.

That would be iPhone Dev Sdk?

There are some threads about malware reports on that site, last reported February. Maybe the warnings are back. I have never encountered these warning myself.

under the Win7 boot... I don't have any virus/malware software installed

No Risc, no fun, eh? ;)

Don't really understand how an admin could allow that to happen, unless someone hacked into their site and replaced some code / links. Makes the site seem 2nd rate.

Guess it's time for some virus software.

Update: I got the malware warning on another site. I wasn't related at all to the above site, but it was an old link.

Maybe my system needs an update.

Looks like it happens with my version of Google Chrome. If everyone is getting this message, why aren't the site owners fixing things?

Looks like it's back to normal with no explanation! A few posts there about it, but nobody seems to know the reason why.

Best guess seems to be a 'code injection' whatever that is.

same here, somebody attacked the site,

but if u use firefox u should be fine,
