see attached. can somebody help me with how to warp type like this (wild West) in illustrator with the curved bottom and flat top.

Sorry bout the above post. Totally looked past the easy way to do it hehe =)

1. Create Text
2. Object > Envelope Distort > Make with Warp
3. Choose Arc Lower
4. Adjust desired bend amount

Here's one less step:

1. Create Text
2. Effect > Warp > Arc Lower...
3. Apply a negative % to the Bend amount.
