Anybody knows how to overclock a MacPro when it is running Windows under Bootcamp?

We all know that there is an utility which could overclock the processors of a 2.8GHz MacPro to over 3.0GHz under MacOS. What about overclocking the MacPro under Windows Vista? Can it be done safely?

Just restart, but don't shut down (you know, click restart instead of shut down) and the overclocking will be preserved.
