Buying and Franchising Businesses

I want to sell a business that I have at level 7 so that I can buy the same business from my friend who has the premium skin. I am at level 32, so it is hard to buy businesses now. Will I lose the business? I mean will I not get to replace it and will I have to use my next population upgrade? It is actually my business in real life. It is a martial arts studio, so I want the karate skin, but I don't want to pay the 20 bucks. Does anyone know if this is doable?

I just did that and all of those businesses popularity went down to 0. I don't care too much but just pointing that out. I don't know if after time the popularity will go back up to what they should be or not though.

I also want to thank Val's Dream and Yourtown for franchising some of my businesses. I really appreciate it.

For anyone else who would be so kind to help me get more bucks by franchise my businesses, my highest popularity is Starbucks with 14779 popularity. I will gift you in return. Thank you in advance!

I believe you would have to sell your business first and then it would allow you to franchise the same business from your friend. I have done this before to get a free special skin.
 
Confused about business

Hello i've been playing the game for a few weeks now, but now i've found this forum and i become counscious that my city sucks! I'm constantly short on cash to evolve, mostly because i do t get that much cash from citys. I got a few stock exanges before they were removed from the game, but they dont seem to do much for my income. I am also short on bucks, so it becomes impossible to franchise good businesses.

How doesit work with businesses? Good ones cost a lot or you can get good ones cheap, preferably with coins?

My city is 36152732, have a look and help me out with your advice please.

Hey Val I wanted to thank you for your franchising, I started playing this game cause of my sister and I told her to start gifting you. She said you have started giving her bucks too and we really appreciate that! THANKS! I'm trying to get her some more popular business so she can get some more.

Goof

I think I did a major goof yesterday... My son told me that all my businesses suck because they are all low popularity. I had many of them at level 10 being that they were my first businesses purchased. Most were under 100 popularity though.

So.... Not thinking it all through, I sold them and went searching for new businesses with high popularities and were of interest to me. I was excited to be able to find some awesome ones that I could actually franchise with coins!

Looking at my town this morning, I am freaking out, I have an amazing amount in popularity, but now I have to start all over again at level 2! I had purchased 5 new businesses but lost 5 level 10 businesses.

I am so upset that I did this! It's going to take months to get back up to where I was. If anyone has some extra bucks that they could help me out and franchise something from me I would sooo appreciate it!

How long does it take for franchise $$ to be received?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how long it takes for a town to receive their franchise money? Does the town buying that franchise need to complete construction of the business prior to the franchise money being received by the town? I have lots of coins and can franchise businesses, however, when I franchised for coins I have been using bucks to complete construction on the business prior to selling it. I would love to know if using a buck to complete it is necessary for a person to receive the money. Likewise, if I am buying them for bucks, I am also using an additional buck to complete it. Has anyone figured this out?

Though I added your number I have at least 50 friends and it's hard to find you without having to look at each person's number individually. Can you please add your town name to this? If it is Emily, it's not showing up when I paste your number in to game. Will be happy to help if possible.

Question: I think Booyah didn't expect that anyone would even come close to level 75 (although I saw that Candyland was already on Level 73).
Now my concern is that the game might crash after hitting level 75 since it ain't intended to reach.

What do you all think?

Pls can you help my out and franchise my businesses especially my mcdonalds as it has heighest pop in my town (1077). Thanks to any one who helps pls franchise me and help me get to higher levels and be able to build space stations and mt fuji.

I have actually been finishing off the construction and then deleting. I too would like to know the best way to do this.
