Mine was charged from Best Buy yesterday but no movement or any other updates. Hopefully it will ship this week but im not betting on it.
Just got off the phone with Best Buy customer. service. I am an Elite Plus member with 2 day shipping but they sent all orders by Surepost which means it can be received 7-10 days. I was told my order could not be sent any other way or any earlier than the 23rd. It has been sitting in the UPS depot since Saturday, so yes, it could have been delivered today. Customer service was so uncaring, I will close my account. Nope, that would affect my credit score. I just will cut it up in pieces.

Not usually this frustrated but she truly didn't care.

Yea best buy’s Surepost shipping for this is terrible. Best Buy cs tried to convince me that I should have chosen express shipping when I don’t believe that was even a choice when ordering from there.
 
Let’s boy cot Best Buy. They are only good for in store when every other place is out!

No option for express delivery although I foolishly expected it I was told the reason for the Surepost shipping was because it was a new product. Now that argument makes lots of sense.
 
Got a text saying “good news” from ATT. Then it just said “we have ur order.” Bastards. Reminds me of taking a girl out, spending hundreds and then we get back to my place and she just say let’s cuddle! Such a let down..lol
 
I only now just got an email from AT&T saying "good to go" but still tracking is "in progress". The "good to go" email says delivers May 22 - 24.
 
Ok I got the good to go email. Now my dates switched back to the free shipping estimate. 22-24. Clearly express did nothing to help it get to me faster so hopefully they will refund me..

My "good to go" email had a delivery window of May 22-24, but I'm getting them tomorrow, the 21st. Based on your timeline, I'm guessing yours will ship tomorrow and you'll have them Wednesday.

True, but for all you Saturday orders. Don’t you think Sunday took a day away from you since I’m sure no business was done. Maybe they get it in today, maybe? Lol I’m hoping. Still going to try and get my money back. Clearly free ship and express is no difference.

Ordered from Apple May 12 with no updates other than pending. Likely will cancel this order once ATT ships.

Ordered from ATT May 19 just got my Good to Go update email with May 22-24 window.

Had ordered from Target May 20 in the AM (before they sold out) and was in the process of cancelling my ATT order, but for whatever reason it wouldn't let me (nor the ATT chat rep), so instead I cancelled the Target order. I was kicking myself thinking I cancelled the wrong order (Target and not ATT) before getting the update email from ATT (which as others have noted doesn't really say too much). That being said still no shipment confirmation from ATT so the jury is still out if I made the wrong call :)
 
Order placed on target at 10:28 this morning and it shipped with 2 day shipping at 3:15

I am in the same boat. Ours will be shipped tomorrow to get Wed. I just missed out in Target so we will still be good!
 
Are you referring to the Express ($10) or free 2-day shipping? I paid $10 extra since the only option for free shipping, including with the Red card, was for delivery on 5/28.
Free shipping included with my redcard. Arriving Wednesday
 
shipped also from target, ordered 9:40a pst or so looking back at the receipt for express shipping and tomorrow delivery.
