Certainly frustrating dealing with ATT, considering I cancelled my order with Target because the ATT representative assumed me it was scheduled for delivery and would arrive by 5/23 (that and the website wouldn't let me cancel the order saying it needed an email confirmation which I never received...).
At this point I'm back to seeing which arrives first Apple or ATT...
I don’t even want to give ATT my money just on principle now. They really do have the worst website around. Billion dollar company with a terrible web system. And we know never listen to Any reps from ATT.
