I decided back in 2006 that I'm not gonna buy a graphics card without hdcp support.
Reason I'm asking this is, that there's possibility that Apple will include hdcp to future versions of OsX and I'm not gonna buy several graphics adapters for my MP for next couple of years.
If 8800GT has hdcp compliance under windows and it will work with older MP, I will buy it. If it doesn't I'll buy HD2600.
