I just tried to contact them for more info about warranty. The virtual agent keeps showing up. I asked to talk to a person and it keeps the conversations and does not allow me to chat with a real person. Is there an email address to ask about warranty? When asked why I want to talk to an agent, I just typed because "you virtual agent is stupid".

I just typed because "you virtual agent is stupid".

That's funny and not without truth.

Here is the comparative information for the various plans for which you might qualify.

You could also try filling the contact page and have them phone you

Or if you like I could PM you the email address for the store manager for the Microsoft Store near me. He would likely answer your questions, but might be wondering why someone is contacting him in Colorado when they live in Canada. But he is a super nice guy :)

That’s a good point. I have chatted with them on FB before as well, even about other brands. They aren’t as brand specific as Apple since they sell Dell, Lenovo, Huawei and others in their stores.
