seeing as you can use more than one apple watch on one iPhone but obviously not at the same time. Anybody use one for say working out and one for going out e.t.c? I know for most this would be seen as super expensive and most wouldn't be able to justify this but does anybody here use more than one?

Yes, I have an aluminum for working out/sleep tracking and a SBSS for everything else. When I upgraded my S2 to an S4 I realized the benefit of using two of them. It was a no brainer to keep it considering what Apple was offering and I didn't feel like going through the hassle of selling it.

I have two Series 5, a Nike+ for working out and when I'm going to be doing any type of physical activities and a Stainless Steel for work/going out . They are both 44mm and GPS + Cellular.

Yep, I have two (so does the wife). I use a GPS 42mm S3 Sport for gym workouts and outdoor work like gardening, washing the car, etc. I have a Stainless S4 as my "nice" watch. Wife has a 38mm Sport for her gym watch, and a 40mm S4 Hermes as her nice watch.

Since we’re on the topic, anyone see any issues with the automatic switching between watches? My S4 connects immediately if I enter the passcode or unlock with my phone but sometimes it’s a song and dance with my S5. The watch app shows my S4 selected even though it’s on the charger and the S5 is on my wrist and unlocked. I then have to toggle Bluetooth on the S5 or sometimes even reboot it. I discovered this one day when I wasn’t getting notifications on the S5. After about a half day, I checked the Watch app and it still showed the S4 as the selected watch while it was home on the charger.

That's the reason why I stopped. Originally thought of keeping my Series 2 for running while wearing my Series 5 for everything else. The switching and syncing of data proved to be very slow and unreliable. In the end, I just gave up and went back to wearing just my series 5.

I have 3, primarily wear the Ti in the office, the SBSS to work out/sleep and the Ceramic when I go out.

I do change that up sometimes. Never had an issue with switching during the day.

I recently found out my activity sharing was not reporting to the person I was sharing with. I can see hers but at first, she just received a small bit of my activity, then zero, and no notifications from me. However, we were in a competition and that was being reported. I have only done the restarts so far, I see some have it fixed if they sign out of iCloud or do a restore. I have not done that yet.

I did for a week last year. It go too cumbersome - had a few instances where the iPhone didn't realize I had switched watches so I said enough with that - gave my AW 3 GPS to family and kept my AW 5 GPS as my only watch. The heart rate sensor on the AW 5 is much better - screen is a lot nicer too.

I use my S0 SS when my S5 GSS is charging. I have an AW on at all times except when I am showering.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like BigMcGuire was having that issue as well. I been meaning to do a unpair/re-pair for the longest for some other issues but everyday I get up hoping they will correct on their own lol.

How’s it all work when you switch watches should it just transfer across with your phone?

Tempted to get SS for work and out and Nike for gym

I am with Verizon currently and am getting ready to go buy another AW4 or AW5 to provide the sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring 24x7. My question is for the cellular or LTE part of the connectivity. I think Verizon calls it NumberSync or something like that. I spoke with Apple support earlier today and they did confirm that the AW is capable of this, but it was a carrier question in the end. Basically, I just want to get up in the morning and swap watches from the charger and have my LTE connection working with the same number no matter the AW I will be wearing.

For those that have more than one AW with LTE, does your carrier support the same cell number on both watches?

My activity sharing is now working with both my watches.

I did need to log out of iCloud for it to start working properly.

I also wondered if I was switching between the two watches too quickly. Now, I take one off and wait a few minutes before putting on the other one.
