Hello, I heard of this app from a post in this forum. Does it work well? Am I right that we may need to scale up the font if we impose higher resolutions than the native one from non-retina MBAP? Anybody used it on a 2010 MBP 17"?

I read that it is free but when I went to the company website, I could not find a free download.

I'm using it as I write this on a MacBook Air 11" 2013 plugged into Samsung 4k Monitor via MiniDisplay port to Display Port achieving 1280 x 720 (HiDPI) which is not ideal but good for 1 App full screen. I bought the app. It works. Not sure if you will see benefit on a 2010 MBP, though you might. I tested on a MacBook late 2009 and the app wasn't able to achieve any resolution better than the defaults.
