Is there going to be anymore to WWDC? Or was the keynote yesturday all there was to it...I expected them to at least do something more for developers or something besides show off the iPhone...they didn't even cover iOS that much for petes sake! =/

they announced the iOS (called the iPhone OS) back in April. What more did you want? Specifics relevant to developers wouldn't be talked about in the keynote anyway.

Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference is a big big event. The keynote yesterday was just a presentation from the CEO of the company.

Over the next few days, there will be hands-on-labs, Apple gurus working with developers, conferences, meetings, lots of things planned for these developers.

The Keynote was for the media and consumers. It gives him a stage for product announcements much like how Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo do for E3. The rest of the week is for what the even really is, the developers. While we may not hear a bunch of news til the iPhone 4 launches, the developers are learning their brains out with iOS4 tips and tricks that they will implement for the launch of iOS4 and their respected apps.

TONS of more stuff for developers.

For you, not so much. The Keynote is where the put the stuff you really care about.

Well since the keynote they've released:

    Safari 5
    XCode 4 Developer Preview
    iTunes 9.2 Beta

And it's only Tuesday afternoon. There's still the rest of the week left.
