I want to return my unused iPhone 4 which I purchased 2 days ago, but I opened the box. Anyone know if I'd be able to get the restocking fee waived?

Sorry guys, I bought it from a California Apple store, but I already got it returned. The employee who helped me said, "there's no restocking fee for these." I think he meant that there's no restocking fee because I had only bought it 2 days ago though. I returned it because RadioShack is selling iPhones for $50 off.

So that $50 is going towards ..... Cheeseburgers? Gas? FourLokos? MC Hammer Greatest hits? Harry Poter 3D movie?
