Just wondering if those who were told they'd get a free bumper from apple had actually got one or at least got some sort of shipping info. Also what color did you ask for.

How long between when you called and when you received the tracking/shipment info? also what color?
My "order" was put in on the 26th by Apple.
Still says "shipment pending".

yea i was told it would take 5-7 business days for the order to be placed. which seems pretty long for it only to be placed. I called on the 25th so hopefully ill hear something soon.
Mine is actually a separate order on the same status, my phone is showing prepared to ship, they kindly agreed to send me a black bumper before the cutoff/change of story/policy
Ha so u actually called and complained about the antenna issue before you actually got the phone? They didn't ask for ur phone s/n?
Placed by AppleCare on the 24th and tracking said would deliver by July 8th but I just got it today.
Oh and I got Black.BTW My antenna issues are still present with the case on which still makes mr think its a software issue or the sim tray.
did you get aditionaly emails besides this?
This was on the 25th and I haven't got any other info. I dont know if im just being impatient or what.
i have two of the same emails one for me and my wife hers white and mine black. they were both placed on the 28th so im pretty much in the same boat as you both still havent said shipped on the tracking site. i sent the guy handling our orders an email to see whats going on and if he can speed anything up. im so impatient i know.
but you have some sort of tracking number and/or a email saying the order was placed. ive only got that previous email with only the case ID
when did you get the email about the case number? i got my tracking info probley 2 days after i got the case number emails for them. if you havent gotten the tracking email and its been a while i would call them up and referance your case number and make sure everything is comming to the right email address there might have been a typo.
yea i got that email right after i had originally called them on the 25th. I called them again on the 30th (I think) she called me back and told me it would take 5-7 to get the order placed. I have exchanged emails with her so she had the correct email for this case. I send her another email today so hopefully a response tomorrow or ill just have to caller her. Its hard to complain too much when somethings free but then again its to 'help' fix a problem with their device.
