I picked one up from the Apple store on Wed. I was on the priority list, but never received an e-mail and then found that they had them in stock for walk-ins. So, I booked down there, waited in line for a couple minutes, and walked out about 10 minutes later.

Walked in yesterday at the Manhattan Beach Apple store to finally get mine. 30 minute wait, and 10-15 minutes for check-out. As I was leaving, line outside store had grown to 20-30 people from 2-3.
Looks like production issues resolved finally.
Absolutely no antenna issues for me, even in low signal areas. Radio not quite as good as original iPhone, but comparable to wife's 3G.

By the time you get there, the word is out. You might actually save time walking by...
I'm in Cincinnati. Ordered mine 7/23 at the AT&T store, received it on 7/29 at 2:00. Came UPS and I tracked it from Dallas-->Orlando Fla-->Lousiville KY-->Cincinnati. They said it would take 2 days and it took 2 days. I love mine. It is fabulous.

If your talking about Corporate or FAN discounts I was only able to setup my Corp accunt with a FAN discount at AT&T, not Apple, but each company might be different, call AT&T they have a division to handle these questions and they are quick to help.
