As per the title, I am seriously tempted by some of the refurbished offers on apple.com/hk I have read in many threads here that refurbished are a great way of saving money and you get a basically new machine. But I was wondering if this also holds true for the Apple store in HK. So if anyone here has experience please share. On other thought that has come to my mind: The single biggest risk to a Macbook apart from dropping it seems to be liquid damage. If I buy a refurb, can I be sure that there is no prior liquid damage? Do they actually open all the Macbooks (Air/Pro) before reselling them? Thanks for giving me some piece of mind!
