I think the Series 4 is more than a ‘few dollars’ over the Series 3. That said, the Series 3 should be fine, it’s not like it’s not a viable watch, it still is, it just doesn’t have some of the latest technology. If Somebody wanted it for basic health tracking, that’s plenty sufficient. The real difference between the Series 3 and S4, is the larger display and the 64 bit architecture.With the price drop, it might be a good entry point for someone who simply needs it for the occasional run or track their steps?
Or can you find a series 4 on sale for a few dollars more that would make it a better buy?
