noticed a white flicker & reproduced it, wonder if anyone else can get it before i bother to report it. on ios 10.2.1, device in signature. first download the foggy forest wallpaper, set it as both & have parallax enabled. then download the water droplets wallpaper. set it too as both replacing the foggy forest wallpaper.
then on the middle of home screen swipe down a bit, so it brings up the search bar & siri suggestions with apps (if u have that on, if not, enable it for the test), as well as the keyboard. during that small transition to that screen, does it have a quick white flicker happening everytime u do that?
if yes then reboot the device, it should stop now? until u set those wallpapers again, in the order mentioned above.
