I got the 12 pro but when holding my wife’s 12 it feels better given the lesser weight. Looked at the comparison and all the differences seem to be related to the camera which is more than enough on the 12 for my day to day purposes. I also love the PB color on the pro so that’s another downside of moving to the 12. Was wondering if there are others in the same boat?

Pro screen brightness is higher than 12, which made me read more comfortale outdoors.

I went to Store yesterday to feel 12 and 12P. I have the 11 currently. The 11 is 194 gram, 12P is 187 gram, while the 12 is just 162 gram. Crazy how light the 12 is! I wonder how they shaved off so much weight from the 11. I'll definitely buy the 12.

I am even leaning to consider the 12 mini which is only 135gr! I am not sure how 'small' the screen will feel going from the 11 pro to 12 mini though.

I don’t really want to, because I love the 12 Pro feature set. But the weight is killing my hand. So yes I’m considering the 12 or 12 mini.
