There is. When you're on the app page, theres a little arrow (pull down) menu just to the right of the price. There is your wish list.

only apps i have missed since i returned my wifi is the abc app, mirrors edge, cramberry, usa today, mens health, pages, and ibooks. dont buy need for speed, its just like the iphone and definitely passable. padnotes is really meh right now, but it was definitely useable.
