So I am having the same yellow tint issue some people are having.

Most of the people I hear said they went to the apple store and exchanged to a new one.

But I don't have any apple store nearby, so I called the customer service and tried to exchange it to a new one.

They gave me a repair id and told me to drop off my ipad at UPS, and just the ipad without cables or boxes.

So is this different from just exchanging to a new one? Will they just try to fix it and send me the same one, or will they actually ship a BRAND NEW ONE, thats not refurbished one?

I exchanged one at the Apple store this morning due to a couple dust specks, a stuck pixel and a blem on the corner or the back housing. One I got as an exchange was brand new sealed in box. Unfortunately it had a big dust speck under the screen that was rather noticeable. I just ended up getting a refund for now. I'm not gonna deal with multiple exchanges.
