Not sure if this is a widespread (possibly software?) issue or it’s just me, but my iPhone 16 Pro seems to be dropping the screen refresh rate down occasionally.

It’s most noticeable when scrolling on Safari but happens at other times as well. It’s quite stuttery and worse than when low power mode is on and limiting the ProMotion rate.

Does anyone else have this issue?

I did! But I only had the phone for one day and it was doing a lot of background things more than likely. I could literally see my apps open.

I've started noticing this on my 16 Pro Max. Gets all stuttery while scrolling in various apps for a short period of time, maybe 5 mins, then goes back to normal again.
