Hi there, I'm running into these problems on my Apple Watch (Sport). Here are a list of problems that I'm seeing, curious if anyone else is seeing the same:

  1. Siri sometimes will not activate: I'll press down on the Digital Crown, and nothing will happen (or it will come up 10 seconds later)
  2. Siri will activate, but the bar at the bottom that signals voice input is nonexistent, and it doesn't capture audio
  3. Siri will activate, and the bar will show that it's picking up audio, but it won't process what I'm saying and will freeze
  4. Dictation will have the same lag problems as above
  5. Dictation will work but stop halfway thorugh and not pick up any new audio and will freeze
  6. Dictation will work, showing the full text, but then when I tap the "text" option (when replying to a message) nothing will happen and it will 10 seconds later show that dictation failed
  7. Apps will not launch, spins forever
  8. Apps will launch but only load the title bar, nothing else
  9. Watch will sometimes not wake up with wrist turn or tapping either button
  10. Haptic vibrations will be delayed multiple seconds, so that when I take an action, the vibration lags until way later

That's about it... curious to hear if anyone is seeing the same!

Cheers

I occasionally have experienced many items on your list, all except 6, 8, 9 & 10. As far as 7 goes, I have experienced that, but going back to the app screen and then back into the app that was spinning will make it load at that point.

I have pockets throughout the day where siri kicks out, its annoying.

Yes - I have the same problems. Siri rarely works (maybe 1/5 times tried) and third party apps generally take a while to start. Very sluggish overall.

I've experienced most of these, although only sporadically. Things work most of the time, but the issues are frequent enough to be annoying. Definitely looking forward to the first few software updates that will hopefully smooth some of this out.

Not as often but I reboot a lot just to clear out the cobwebs because they do seem to accumulate especially if I have been running a lot of third party apps.

I had a ton of the same problems with Siri until Apple support had me unpair and repair the Watch from the iPhone app. It only takes 15 minutes because the Watch restores from a backup so the only setup you have to repeat is adding your credit cards again to Apple Pay.

Now Siri works great and it adds a lot of new use cases.

Siri needs a tune up for sure. It's unresponsive a lot of times, and when I use dictation sometimes it won't show the words on the screen for a good 30 seconds. It works amazing on the iPhone, they need to get it to that level.
