Anyone else finding istat slows down Mac in 10.11.4?

As per title. When I quit it, the lag stops and in safari scrolling is all smooth and not jumpy. I suspect it's something to dos it's the refreshing of data in istat every few seconds. Any fix?
 
Everything is good with my system, no noticeable lagging issues whatsoever.
El-Capitan ver 10.11.4
iStatMenus ver 5.11
