to check the time when you look at your watch? I keep finding myself looking at the watch, in admiration, to see the temp or battery level, to check my activity rings, etc. Only when I put my arm down do I realize that I have no idea what time it is! 🙂

Actually watch is most important. When I get up from the bed I look at my hand first to see what's the time right now.

I look at my watch and don't remember the time, weather or anything else for that matter a few seconds later.😛
