Anyone else freezing or locking up?

I've had two instances.

One is safari where safari became unresponsive. Had to press the home button the open safari again

A second time where I was clearing my multi tasking bar and when I got to the notes program and pressed the quit button my iPhone frozen, so I had to do a home button + power button reset.

Anyone else encountering problems like this at all? I'm on 4.0.2
