the company I work for bought a support contract from Apple for crazy amount of money and it has been next to worthless. In one incident, I reported a problem and their response was, "Oh yeah, thats a bug, you will have to figure out a workaround"(which I did no thanks to them) and still charged me an incident for it! I once tried their phone support and the guy said, "well, this is advanced, so you will have to use the terminal", like I was some clueless person who couldn't even figure out how to enter a command. Now we are having problems getting our Leopard clients to talk to our Tiger Open Directory server, so we opened up a ticket with Apple 8 days ago. It took them 3 days just to come back and ask for some files, which I promptly supplied, and now over a week after the fact that haven't even had 1 single idea or even asked for any more information! They are ignoring us despite the fact that we paid a ton of money for this support contract and even more on the tons of Apple equipment! Just more proof that Apple is getting way too arrogant. Feel free to share your frustration with their service here.
