When trying to download apps from the store, I'm getting a "cannot connect to itunes store" message. It's been happening to me all day. Is anyone else having this problem?

From your iPad, iPhone or computer?
I had this error earlier on my MBP. But I haven't done anything on my iPad/iPhone.
iPad. Downloading apps is intermittent with that message showing up 90% of the time. Very frustrating.
I had it most of the day today but resolved it by going to Settings>>>>Store, signing out of my Apple ID, then signing back in. It worked for me just fine, try it and see if it works. Pretty simple solution to a maddening problem.
It started yesterday and its still happening today. I have to sign out of my itunes account and sign back in to get it to work. It still goes in and out though.

I am having the same problem only with the iTunes Store, this does not happen for the Apple App Store. I tried signing out and signing back with my Apple id and still the problem persists. I thing its a bug in iOS 5.1.1

by way of example, THIS VERY post !
i cant make the word millllllions bold as the software is so badly thought out, they didnt think to consider forums, so we are left with crappy tapatalk !

Yes I am on my iPad too... To be honest you just need to figure out the cons and adapt to it.
