Anyone else getting delayed text messages?

For example, the time stamp will say 3:00 but I get the message at 3:09.

I do on occasion. I'm inclined to think it's my iPhone more than anything. Sometimes I don't get the chime or notification until I wake up the iPhone 3GS and then I get a couple of messages. This is in full signal areas with 3G reception. Occurs once a week, if that.
