When my iMac was in sleep mode, I noticed that the two top corners have a smudge like fog/condensation there, kinda like what you see on the inside of your car windows. Is there a simple way to remove the front panel, so I can clean it, or do I have to take the whole thing apart? 27" i7 BTW.

It's very easy to remove the front glass and clean it. You can use suction cups on the upper part of the screen to pull the glass slightly out, and then pull the glass upwards to remove it. Or even easier, if you have fingernails, you can pry the upper part of the glass out and then pull up to remove it.

Either way is very easy to do.

Yeah but I assume if you do so outside a specialized dust-free chamber, you're almost guaranteed to have a lot more dust stuck to the inside of the screen once you're done than you had before you started.....

For what it's worth, I had a similar problem with a 24" iMac that was returned from having a hard drive replaced (under warranty). I'm guessing the condensation appeared whilst it was in transit back to me. It cleared within about 3 days of being stood on my desk in an air conditioned office. leaving no trace of the problem. Maybe just wait a while and see if the problem sorts itself out? I wouldn't be too keen on removing the glass myself for the reasons already mentioned.
