Anyone else had issues with slow regular SMS text messages?

My first regular SMS message conversation had several failed to send messages. The signal was fine.

Anyone else had this issue?
 
I've definitely been thinking that regular sms messages have felt slower than normal to send. Haven't had any fail though. Iphone 6+ AT&T
