iPhone 11 Pro Anyone else have a September 19 delivery date?

Super fast process through AT&T website.

I know preliminary dates change, but curious if anyone has the 19th as the delivery date?

11 Pro Max 512gb Space Grey.

Past experience with AT&T pre-orders tells me that the date listed there is actually the date the device will be shipped, not delivered. They almost always ship via FedEx Overnight for iPhone pre-orders. I wouldn't hold your breath for a September 19 delivery.

Odd. I don't recall any preorders ever noting a shipping date, only a "delivery by" date which is why some people lose their heads once they see the dates start to slip and they give a range of days like "Delivers by September 24-30."

Definitely not holding my breath because for me it's just a phone, but I don't remember ever seeing anything on my previous preorders noting delivery a day before the official Apple date.

On the order summary page that appears after logging in here: https://www.att.com/checkmyorder/
My order says "Estimated shipping date: September 19, 2019"

When I click on the "Manage" button next to the order, the language changes to "Delivery by date: September 19, 2019"

Most people over in the main AT&T pre-order thread are reporting the same thing. 99.99% chance you'll be receiving your phone on the 20th, not the 19th.
 
Sadly, it won’t happen. I would be thrilled to have it, though, for the 20th—mine slipped to 9/27 to 10/1. First time in YEARS I haven’t had a launch-day delivery. I blame the later preorder time.
 
I had a Sept 21 delivery day when I preordered iPhone 8+ (The actual launch day was 9/22)
Of course after tracking UPS like I had ADD every 30-60 min. and seeing it was STILL in China, Alaska early morning of 9/21...obviously I wasn't getting it on that Thurs. lol

It arrived on 9/22. UPS apparently was and is very strict about these deliveries going by the old posts. However..there were a few that got the phones a day before, not many...a lucky few.

I totally GET the excitement, but I say expect it in one week. If you do get it 9/19...hey that's awesome!

Yep. Like I wrote in the original post...preliminary dates change.

I just don't recall ever even seeing a past thread in the last gaggle of phones with AT&T listing a "Delivery by" date ahead of official launch. Seems someone may have made a slip-up in dating.

Apple has phones being manufactured and there are cancellations. Launch day is still a week away. You could still get on launch day.

Lol.

I'm totally unexcited about the 11. I think the keynote presentation didn't help with the excitement.

I actually didn't want to order it, but my boss kinda pressured me to get it....Long story.

I just took my Xs Max scuba diving(30 feet down for 30 minutes) a month ago and had to get a replacement, so I wasn't even going to upgrade.

Oh wow, just 10 min ago it showed the 9/20 date for the Max Pro. I didn't pull the trigger because I'm just not in a rush for this...MAYBE after I play with it in person. We'll see. (The $600 trade in for my XS Max is slightly tempting)

But...yeah, the delivery time has slipped. Somehow I STILL think these may be available in stores next Friday.

There were quite a few XsMAX and even AW 4's in another nearby store on launch day last year when Apple.com showed "unavailable."
 
I ordered the iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB midnight green through my ATT live preorder. It says it’ll ship 9/19/19
 
My Verizon preorder email states deliver by 9/19. Interesting.

(edit) the website says estimated to ship on 9/19 though

AT&T also has me at the 19th. I’m actually hoping it’s the 20th as I won’t be in town on the 19th to receive the package!
 
Mine is the 20th ... I did get the case today, though! (Bought through the Upgrade Program)
