Anyone else have "TO" next to all their emails?

I noticed this in the last day or two. In all of my email accounts and next to all of my emails I have the word "TO," in a little gray box. Anyone know what this means?

judging by the pic...the TO means you are the recipient that was in the "TO" line on the senders email message, where as the bottom email I see has CC. You were not the main recipient, but the CC.

Yes, with a little more investigation I found the setting in mail options. I jumped to the conclusion it was cause of an update.Thanks!
