Anyone else having Applecare+ ordering issue?

    Have called this number 3 times now, waiting in a que for 15+ minutes each time, and then goes to just ringing over and over again with no one answering. Talk about frustrating!

    Yes! :mad: I have made 6 phonecalls about it before the order even TOOK! Now it shows completed and Apple Store had no record of it in their system. Called yet again last night, the guy told me it takes 72 hours to show, I told him we were beyond that 72 hours, he will monitor it and call me back when he sees it. :rolleyes:

    I don't know what their deal is, but I find phone support severely lacking in a BIG way.

    Same thing here.. and still nothing...My credit card has been charged and they have no record of it.

    Wish I could chew someone out for it.. haha..
