Anyone else having problems with Keyboard Click?

I placed my iPhone in the charger and go to text someone and the slide bar has lost sound and when I'm texting there isn't the clicking anymore. Did the "hard-boot" and it comes back for a little bit, but then goes out. HELP!😕

Still, not responding while in charger...

but I go into "settings" and "sounds" and turn "keyboard clicks" off, then back on and it returns to normal. Is this a new feature? If it is, it SUCKS! 😡

The only time I have lost sound is when I turned it off myself.
