If my screen is off and I get a text, email, or whatever, my phone won't actually alert me that I received anything. I'll tape the screen after a while and see all of these notifications that I missed. If I have the phone unlocked and I'm using it, it will vibrate and chirp when I get an incoming mail or text notification. I turned off all continuity aspects, so it's not sending the notifications to my other Apple devices and I still have the same problem. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this hardware or software.

Mine was kinda related to yours. I had a lot of my 3rd party apps (BoA, Yahoo Sports, ESPN, etc) not showing up on my X but were perfectly fine on my 7 Plus. Only way I could tell on the X that I got an alert was to scroll up on the lock screen showing old notifications. Saw another topic on here earlier in the week saying they contacted an Apple Rep and they suggested to reset all settings. I did that and now everything is back to like how it was on the 7+. Only thing is you have open every app again and allow notifications.
