I ordered my imac on saturday. Today is the 4th business day - I was told 2-4 business days and it would ship. It still has not shipped. Anyone else have any of these problems? How were they resolved? Thanks

I ordered on Monday, still not shipped. It was prepared for shipment yesterday, but it went back to not yet shipped today.

Did you order any accessories with yours, battery charger, magic pad etc?

magic pad
battery charger

27" 2.93 with other extras ....

I've called three times -- all they tell me is exactly what I see on the order status screen; not very helpful.

Same problem... 4 business days to Switzerland.
I'm now on my 6th, still no news....

Ordered iMac 27'' i5 + Charger + Trackpad

+ iPod Touch
+ Printer

(both within 24h shipping)

I ordered a BTO MBP and a charger at the same time on Sunday; charger shipped on the 2nd from Shanghai and arrived yesterday. The MBP took a little longer to get into shipping (obviously) but left Shanghai on the 3rd. Oddly, Fedex says "estimated delivery" isn't till next Tuesday, in the afternoon.

Logically, it *should* clear customs in Memphis (about 4 hrs drive from here) sometime tomorrow, which would typically mean it would wind up delivered on Monday AM. It does seem slightly odd that it "happens" to have slipped to a delivery time shortly after when Apple tends to make official releases (last couple have been Tuesday, morning-ish in Pacific time).

Kinda hoping this means the rumored iLife '11 will be installed when I open the box. :)

I ordered a CTO 21.5" i5 on friday july 30th, had 1-3 days on the following thursday i got an email saying it's been delayed, and expect it to leave another 1-3 days.

I gave up, canceled the order paid extra ~100$ and got the 27" i7 Refurb, an hour after making the change it was marked as "Prepared for Shipment", should have done this in the first place I'd already have the computer
