Click to expand... more than likely it is chrome because if it were a gpu issue the whole screen including the background would have the artifacts.

DewGuy1999 macrumors 68040 Sep 22, 2011 #7 There have been other threads with this kind of thing and I don't think there's ever been a solution posted, but my theory is that it's related to WebKit. It always seems to effect software that is based on WebKit, ie, Safari, Chrome, etc.
