Anyone else iPhone 4S play the wrong text sound on incoming text?

I have my text notification sound set to "ding" on incoming texts, sometimes it plays the right one but sometimes it plays the sent text message sound for incoming texts.

Anyone else experiencing this?
If there a fix for it?

Are you sure it's not the "opposite of an incoming text" sound? It plays that sound when you have the message thread open and the person texts you.
