Anyone else locked out of their Vision Pro?

I was able to use my Vision Pro for about 15 minutes today after getting home with it and now it’s locked me out… I thought at first I forgot the pin I created but it seems like a number of other people are also stuck with no way to fix it.

I know someone said they had to return their headset and be given a new one.

Yeah, that’s what my googling has told me also - either have to go to an Apple Store to swap it out or hopefully they now have the tools to restore the device for you. Not the best taste in my mouth after paying this much, but my apple support advisor was very helpful, there just wasn’t much they could do except have me take it to a store or setup shipping at this point. (Configurator on Mac doesn’t yet support restoring Vision Pro)

Yes, I'm having that issue now. Like you said, not a very good start only used it 4 days
