Anyone else lose their move streak?

I just got a new phone yesterday on 9/17 and hit my move goal no problem. Today I upgraded to watch os 9. I noticed that after hitting my move goal I did get my move streak I lookout at the goal and it said my move streak of 2120 days ended on 9/17 and my current move streak is 3 days old. If today is 9/18 how could my move streak had ended on 9/17 and the current one is 3 days old?

Can‘t really help you, but on my wife‘s new series 8 watch there are some problems with the awards and challenges, too.

After pairing the new watch yesterday, she did not get the perfect week (move and all activities) award although the rings were closed every day.
Moreover, all the monthly challenges are missing on the Watch while being shown in the fitness app on the phone.

I think and hope that this problem and your problem sorts out itself after a few days!

Did you restore the new phone from a backup, and was that backup encrypted? I think if the backup isn’t encrypted, the health data is lost. That used to be the case anyway.

Otherwise, hopefully just a random bug that will get corrected.

Yea I restored it correctly and the health data is there. The watch just thinks a few days before the new phone I missed a day, but on the phone I can see all my days have over 100% in all three rings.

yea same I have 1000 move streak that shows up on my phone's fitness app as met but greyed out also my streaks on my watch reset as well to 37 days. I tried unpairing and repairing but that did not work either. hoping a software update works

Ok that’s good! Hopefully it’ll be resolvable then. I lost my first 18 months of ring data back in the day but no encrypting 🙈

If I don't hear from Apple I may try wiping my watch and resetting it up and see if that fixes it.

I had mine broken when I had the battery replacement service done. I saw it as a healthy sign that I didn’t care that much really. I only had a 240 or so days of closing all rings, but still. On it again then!

Well good news for me. It did fix itself after a few days. I did turn off my old iPhone and I am wonder if it was feeding information as well, don't know but happy ending.

Others have reported that the data re-appears after a day or so. There is hope.
