All of these leaks really ruin these events. Not nearly as exciting as things used to be. Watching the live blogs I haven't seen much of anything yet that we weren't really expecting. 64 bit A7 is cool, but certainly not "WOW!"

I don't know anymore, but at least I would have been surprised if we didn't already know all about the new 5C and the new 5S color, and this fingerprint sensor that I suppose we'll see soon. All the leaks just ruin it.

If this is directed at me, then I'm pretty sure the 56x faster was for comparing the iPhone 5S to the iPhone 2G
They said 40x faster than the original iPhone. Or at least that's what engadget typed on the live blog.
I think that the OP meant that due to all of the leaks online (even the 64 bit A7 chip) that this keynote was no surprise at all. Almost everything was leaked with the exception of the M7 sensor (I didn't read about that online).
With so many leaks it is near impossible to be "wowed" anymore by Apple. Unless they build their own factory and keep everything in-house the public will never be "surprised" again.

I think people are plenty happy. It's just that no one is surprised anymore. These events used to be awesome. Now it's just "I saw this 3 months ago online."
Personally I think my wife would love a colorful iphone 5C. Thats who its meant for!
For me i will take the Space Grey 5S!!!
