Look at the processor frequency though. That's not even in Intel's plans for the processor line currently used in the MBP.

This is definitely a Mac Pro, not a Macbook Pro.

However it looks more like a hackintosh with a modified profiler.
 
The i7 920 is 2.66Ghz out the box - that is some interesting overclocking to get it up to 4.2.
