Anyone else seeing slow repairs?

Keyboard repair been a week now, but I’ve been told that they had to replace the logic board, for some reason.

Hopefully they'll give you more memory and SSD for your inconvenience and loyalty.

I got the repair back on Tuesday and they called today and said they are sending me a free pair of Beats Studio3 headphones. Looks like they still know how to make things right (and no issues with the computer so far)!

They didn't give me anything for the delay, but at least I have it back now.

I would sell them and get the new AirPods!
