anyone else still getting the Opps! screen on apple.com?

I continually get a screen after hitting submit payment thats says Opps! theres been a error with your request...

I work for ATT and i've been trying all day through the histeria of what happened in our retail stores... and now i still can't even pre order... even if i do get it august

Keep trying - probably tried 6-7times over the past 30min and it finally just went thru.

still says "delivers the 24th"

will this be the actual case cause i know at work we were told it's possible july 5th
