Anyone else stuck with the July 14th ship date?

Sucks a lot watching others with the phone and yet having to week 3 weeks before I get my hands on one.

I'm about to buy one off craigslist for $750 for a 32GB, wait until I get the 16GB model I ordered and jailbreak + unlock the 32 GB now and it will prob still be worth mid $600s in 3 weeks.

Im stuck with July 14th too... Would have been an awesome birthday gift for myself but I will have to wait 3 weeks.
Only thing im confused about is if it hasn't shipped yet then I can still buy it at the upgrade price in a store If I get lucky and find one right?

I asked an AT&T rep this question last week and he said yes as long as it has not been shipped yet.

I'm hoping Apple store refill their stock in less than a month, that way I can maybe go to one in person and snag one up.
