I was a bit hesitant to spend the $3.99, but Ryan Petrich had tweeted about it so I gave it a go. It really seems to be what Reachability should have been (and, I'm guessing, probably will be in iOS 10 or 11).
I really like that I can resize the mini-screen to whatever size I want. It appears to default to the same size as an iPhone 5. I also like that the mode persists for as long as you want it.
