Anyone else waiting for iPhone 4 White?

yep... waiting on the unicorn known as the White iPhone 4
at least there are 1.7 million people we won't have to wait in line with.
i do already have a black bumper to go on it the day it comes.
lol, unicorn. Well your right i didnt think of tha major plus. Actually 1 in 5 people ive spoken to about the iphone 4 had no idea there was a white one coming. One of them even tried to tell me there was no such thing to which i replied "ive had 1st 2nd 3rd gen iphone do you really want to question me?"

You are being very wise. The mistake I made was trusting Apple & pre-ordering an iPhone 4 based on what I heard when attending the keynote at WWDC. Being an all new design, I expected some bugs, but not one that prevents it from functioning as a phone. Especially since listening to Steve Jobs bold faced lie about the "cool" new antenna. At least in my case I carry two phones anyway, so I don't have to rely on this flaky iToy.

somebody (you??) had made the original assertation that it's pointless to wait for the white iPhone because it will be covered with a case. He just proved that even with a case you still have a completely different looking product.
I had the first iPhone, and currently have the black 3GS.
The new white is just striking imo. I'll use the phone without a case or screen protectors. I did order a Vaja sleeve/pouch though, to put the phone in when it's in my pocket. I take care of my stuff, and am not accident prone, so I'm not concerned with scratching or dropping it. Gotta show off that white.

I'm waiting. I also like how the white version looks. It's aesthetically pleasing to me, plus I've been staring at a black phone for years.

Me, my fiancé, 2 good friends and coworker are all waiting for the white lady. I woke up at 1:00am pst. To pre-order on June 24th only to find out they only had black so we'll continue to wait for the 2nd half of July.
Do any of you think apple won't sell the white one untill 30 days after the black launched? That way no one can return the black for the white cause it will be past thier 30 day return policy? No matter what store, best buy,walmart,AT&T ect....

Im holding back for a white iphone, But im also holding out to see how this mess with the antenna plays out. If that doesnt get sorted, ill be sticking with my 3G for a while longer...
Absolutely. And with all the issues that came up with the launch....I'm glad! Hopefully they'll be fixed by the time we get our White in a few weeks!
I'm waiting. I am gettin more and more impatient everyday but I know it's gonna be worth it to have the all white one.
Here's an alternative... go to http://www.gelaskins.com and do a custom / Create Your Own skin. Upload a plain white image and there you go (or at least close enough)! A white iPhone! Here's one I did...

I wanted to get white, it wasn't available so I got the black one, I might exchange mine for a white one, not only because of the color, but because I also have reception issues.
