Anyone get a battery replacement on their M5 yet?

I somehow got to 300+ cycles since purchasing my M5 14" Pro in January and battery life seems significantly lower now. I want to get the battery replaced by Apple and willing to pay the $299 to get it done. I just don't want to waste my time to go to the store and get a lecture that they won't do it, even if Im paying for the service. Has anyone else gotten a replacement yet?

Visit the Apple store in person and ask a manager, get name, point blank, got a 300 cycles battery, I want to pay you for an out-of-warranty battery replacement, problem?

The manager will start telling you blah-blah-blah.

Yes I understand but am OCD and I don't mind paying you for the service, what will it be?

Macbook batteries are easier to replace than GLUED iPhones', they may just do it for you.
