Your sales data or math must be wrong. Apple pays by financial regions, and there are only 7 financial regions. Even if they owed you $140 in all 7 regions, that would still be less than a thousand total.
Either sell another few bucks worth in each region to push it over $150. Or wait until they clear the books, which seems to happen once every year or so. (I hate it when they clear the books on small amounts. Apples sends me $40 and the bank charges me a $10 wire transfer fee.)
