I've only had one AW, a Space Grey Series 3, and it's time for an upgrade.

I'd always anticipated that I'd get Space Grey again, but am now starting to think about changing things up and going blue or silver.

I currently have grey and midnight blue sport bands, a Nike black sport loop, and a black/grey nylon band - all specifically bought because they would go with the SG. One thing putting me off changing is whether these would look okay with a different case.

Anyone else changed their case colour with this new (or any previous) upgrades? Or do you tend to stick with what you've got?

Edit - I didn't mean to post a poll, hence why the options are not completed :oops: if a mod could delete it, that'd be great

Now getting silver because scratches arent as visible as with the black one. Im very OCD.

I've had SS Silver since series 0 and I really want the yellow gold SS series 6. :)

Mostly due to the fact I have finally found a nice link two toned with yellow gold. I have been using the original Apple Watch Link band since series 0. I just wanted a different look....after 5 years I needed a change :)

I had a SS Silver series 0 and a Space Grey Alu series 5. I liked it a lot but I just sold it and will try the new Blue model in Alu. Too broke for a SS watch, especially since I don't keep them as long as I used to with my series 0

I was thinking about getting the new Blue case but decided not to and stay with my old standard silver Aluminum. The blue looks great, but I felt that it would limit my color choices of bands.

I love the new red watch, Love the color. I ordered red!! The blue and gold are very nice too. Don’t need 3 different color watches , but they are nice.

I've had SG for S0, S1, S2, S3, S4...then went for Natural Ti for S5 because 1) I was ready for a change and, 2) I'm a sucker for Ti haha!!

For S6 I can't decide between Ti and SBTi...I'll order both so I can see in person and return the other.

The blue does look sharp, though.

I’ve had space gray with S0, S3 and S4 and wore them with sport loops. I love patina and wear, so I ordered a S6 SS Hermès with a leather band.

I switch my color every watch. In the past I’ve had
S0 = space gray aluminum
S0 = stainless steel
S2 = gold aluminum
S3 = space black stainless steel
S4 = gold aluminum
S4 = gold stainless sreel
S5 = space gray aluminum

I’m definitely upgrading to series 6... just can’t decide on the color/material.
I’ve had all 3 stainless steel versions, and loved them all. They were by far the most attractive to me, but I bought them all used and never paid full retail for them. So I’m deciding between spending $750/800 for a stainless model, or going $429 for an aluminum. And if I do go aluminum, I’m between the red and the blue. I simply can’t decide.

I’ve gone
S0 Space Black SS
S2 White Ceramic
S3 Grey Ceramic
S4 Gold SS
S5 Ti
S6 Graphite SS

Oh yeah. I've gone
Original --- silver
S2 --- aluminum grey/black (I forget what the color was called)
S4 --- same color as S2
just ordered S6, straight to the new bling bling gold.

I actually kind of ordered the S6 just to upgrade to the bling bling gold. I got a new, higher-paying, job, and decided I deserve a present :cool:

My SO was black. great, but a tad cliche geeky for me so I went silver for the boardroom in the S2. Found that boring so went gold in the S4, then S5. I like gold, especially with my natural wood band from Epic Watch Bands. But lately I have embraced my inner disney fan and could not turn down the S6 product red (picture with mickey face). However, the red is fine for day to day, but sometimes i need to be taken seriously, so for the first time I am going to keep my previous year watch (s5) with gold to use on more formal occasions. Not sure how to balance two watches, but looking forward to finding out.

I went into the Apple store convinced I was going to pick up the Graphite SS... but then I saw the Ti silver, and decided on that - The colour, the gradient... it was nice. But apparently the Apple stores don;t carry stock of the Ti, online only.
I walked away with the Graphite SS and I’m kind of sad about it !

Next time !

I have been Space Black in the original S0, S3,4 and 5... Would have liked to keep that run but can’t quite justify the additional cost for the Hermes so going to try Graphite.

To be honest, I was wondering about going bare Stainless this time but was sad to lose the DLC, so maybe Graphite is the answer to my conundrum anyway...

Pictures please! Especially against a Space Black if possible?
